We stand 100% behind each and every product that we offer for sale. All our treats and chews are made from carefully selected, U.S. sourced ingredients and are prepared in our very own kitchen. In case you may need to return products to us for whatever reason, we make this process as easy as possible.
Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason. However, you, the customer, are responsible for returning the product and paying for all shipping costs. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within one week of you receiving the products. All returns must be received by Drooling Monsters within two weeks of notification of a return.
If you would like to process a return, please contact Drooling Monsters via email to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.
Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a full refund of the product price (exclude shipping cost).
If you received free shipping on your outbound order, you will be required to reimburse the actual outbound shipping cost when making a return.
