Get ready for super happy, fast tail wagging pup when these tasty bones are pulled out!
Approx. 5" x 2.5" x 1" (***various shapes and sizes***)
The bone part of the neck acts as a natural toothbrush, which helps reduce tarter and freshen your dog’s breath, while the glucosamine, chondroitin, and calcium help to improve your dog’s joint function and bone health.
The meat part of the neck contains omega 3 fatty acids, selenium, zinc, and vitamins B6 and B12, all of which your dog needs to live a long, healthy life. These meaty bones are the perfect anytime chew.
If you have a dog that will try to swallow a large chunk, it is best to feed larger pieces and take them away before your dog eats the last piece.
We recommend supervising your dog closely when feeding any bones to your dogs. Since all dogs chew on bones differently according to their chew personalities, monitor your dogs very closely while they are chewing on the bones. Although beef neck bones do not splinter, they can become a choking hazard to some dogs. Your dog swallows little pieces of bone sometimes without you knowing it but please don't worry. Your dog will either throw them up or poop them out. If your dog throw them up, please have your dog to drink enough water to keep your dog hydrated. Many owners think meat bones are a safe, natural chew toy for pets; however, chewing on any hard material can fracture a tooth. Dogs love bones, and can become so focused on gnawing off every last bit of tissue that they fail to notice a cracked or broken tooth. After the bone is gone, and the injured tooth begins to ache, your dog may suffer silently and fail to alert you to the pain. The best way is holding the bone for your dog while feeding. We recommend disposing any bones that are chewed down to the point where they can become dangerous or a choking hazard.
This treats intended for intermittent or or supplemental feeding only. Please provide plenty of water and always supervise your dog when feeding.
